Instructions: Gently heat the margarine, malt and sugar. Cool. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir in the malt mixture and the soya milk. Add the dried fruit. Turn into a greased, floured 2 Lb loaf tin and bake at 325F, gas 3 for an hour and a half.
