Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spread dough in square pan 9 x 9 x 2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until set. Cool - blend sugar, malted milk, butter, milk and vanilla. Spread over baked layer. Chill. Melt chocolate, spread over filling. Chill.
