Instructions: Put water and yeast into a large cup and stir to dissolve. Scald milk,remove from heat and add butter, sugar, and salt. Stir well. Cool to lukewarm and add beaten eggs, yeast and enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place into a well greased bowl, turn dough over to bring greased side up. or brush with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or till double in bulk. Punch down. Let rise again until almost doubled, about 30 minutes. Punch down and form into rolls. Place onto a greased baking pan and let rise till double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter.
