Recipe for Mamas Sour Cream Banana Bread

1 cup	Sugar
2 tbl	Butter
1 x	Egg, beaten
2 x	Bananas, mashed
2 tbl	Sour cream, or milk
2 cup	All-purpose flour
1 tsp	Baking soda
1/2 tsp	Baking powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg, bananas and sour cream; mix well.

Sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together. Stir into banana mixture. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
