1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup red pepper
1/2 cup crunchy wide Chinese rice noodles

1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup salad oil
2 tsp special sesame seed
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix ingredients in a shaker and pour over salad at picnic.
