1/2 cup Corn
1/4 cup Green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup Mild red pepper, diced
3 tbl Oil
3 x Shallots, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil & fry the peppers with the shallots for 3 minutes or so. Add the corn, salt & pepper. Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes at low heat & serve.
