Instructions: Grease and flour a jelly roll pan.
Cake: Beat all ingredients 3 minutes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake in a jelly roll pan. Frosting: Mix pudding mix and pineapple together. Stir in soft Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Frosting will spread easier if cake is slightly frozen. Email this Recipe:
