Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 pkt Yellow cake mix
1/2 cup Veg. oil
4 x Eggs
1 can (11 oz) Mandarin oranges (do NOT drain)
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
1 x Cool (9 oz) Whip (brand of whipped topping)
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (do NOT drain)
1 box (3-3/4 oz) INSTANT Vanilla pudding
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix ALL ingreds. together for 2 mins. on medium speed.

Pour into 3-9 inch round pans, that have been greased & lightly floured.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove to wire racks and COOL completely.

FROSTING: Blend pineapple, pudding & coconut. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread between layers & on top. Refrigerate. Garnish with extra oranges, coconut or pineapple pieces.

This is a Very Quick and Easy YUMMY TNT cake. It is guarenteed to make a hit, and everyone thinks it took a long time to make. Ive also made this in a 9 X 13 pan and it was Great!!
