Instructions: Beat the egg whites until stiff gradually adding the sugar.
Fold in the ground almonds and flour. Divide the mixture into little balls the size of a walnut and shape them into sticks the length of a finger on a floured surface. Grease a baking sheet place the biscuits on it about 2.5 cm apart and bake at 180 degrees C/350 degrees F/gas 4 for 17 minutes. Cool the biscuits on a wire rack. Email this Recipe:
