1 x pack mandoo skin (rice paper) (See Note)
onion
celery
cabbage
ground beef

Instructions: *You can get it from Asian grocery store

Prepare similar amount of onion, celery, cabbage and beef. Cut vegetables into very fine cubes. Saute each vegetable separately with some seasoning.

Cook beef until brown. Season it as necessary. Combine all ingredients in a warm pan. Add an egg. Stir until the egg is cooked. Put in a bowl and cool it. That is the stuffing for mandoo. Place a spoon of stuffing on the mandoo skin. Close it tight, seal with water. Fry (dont need to deep fry)

until skin is browned. Have it with soy sauce. Before you fry, you can freeze them as well.
