1 pt Pitted cherries fresh or
1 lb Can of cherries
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Cold water
1 x Juice of lemon fresh
3/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat lemon juice, sugar, and water to boiling a large saucepan. Add cherries, mix well, dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water and add. Cook until the cherries are coatede and the sauce is clear. Cool before using as a topping.
