Instructions: Brown meat, onion and green bell pepper: drain. Season spaghetti sauce
(garlic, oregano, and pepper); pour enough sauce in baking dish (9x 13) to cover the bottom. Fill shells with meat mixture. Place shells, open side down, closely together. Cover shells with remaining sauce: top with Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cover casserole with aluminum foil. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy! Makes 4-8 servings.
