Instructions: Combine first 9 ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often. Simmer slowly, stirring occasionally, for 20 mins until mango is soft and a bit mushy.
Stir in sugar. Cook 10 mins more, stirring once in a while until sugar dissolves. Pour into hot sterilized jars to within 1/4 inch of top. Seal. Yield: 5 half pints Email this Recipe:
