4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup brown sugar - (packed)
2/3 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup Mango Kerns From Libbys refrigerated all
nectar
3 tbl butter or margarine melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 15- by 10-inch jelly-roll pan.

Combine oats, sugar, nuts, wheat germ, cinnamon and ginger in large bowl. Stir in nectar, butter and vanilla extract; toss well to coat. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.

Bake, stirring frequently, for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Stir in mango.

This recipe yields 7 cups.
