10 x chilli padi--slice finely
1/2 x cucumber remove soft centre and shred
1/2 x carrot--shred

3 tbl lime juice
2 tbl sugar
1 tbl fish sauce
1 tbl sesame oil
1 dsh pepper
----------------- For garnishing: ----------------
Coriander leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: COMBINE seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir in all shredded ingredients. Serve with grilled fish.
