Instructions: In blender or food processor, process ripened mango cubes until smooth. Add yogurt and honey; process to combine. Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturers directions.
Tip: To peel mangos, slice end to end twice to form three pieces: both cheeks and a center slice containing pit. Score flesh into large cubes on the seedless pieces and hold edges of tough peel to flip inside out. Slice off cubes; discard leathery peels. Peel center slice and cut cubes from around pit.
