I was in heaven, hope youll enjoy it. NOTES : I made the mango pudding (with tofu) that was just posted to the list - it was terrific! I used brown sugar instead of white, otherwise, pretty much according to recipe. It was a little loose but within pudding parameters. Served it to guests too, they were a little surprised it was tofu. Im glad its mango season I think youre on to something here! Arent the Apricots in season Email this Recipe:
