1 lrg	Ripe mango peeled, pitted,
	and flesh chopped
1/3 cup	Pineapple juice or peach nectar
2 tsp	Lemon juice
2 tbl	Creme Cassis - (to 4 tbspns)
1/4 tsp	Nutmeg

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients and puree in a food processor. Refrigerate and chill until needed.

This recipe yields 2 cups of sauce.
