2/3 cup	Red bell pepper, chopped fine
3 tbl	Tequila
2 tbl	Orange juice
1 tbl	Jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 tsp	Mint, chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.

Yield:2 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
