Instructions: Combine mangoes and passionfruit pulp in shallow ovenproof dish.
Combine sour cream, sugar, eggs and flour in bowl and beat until smooth. Pour over mango mixture. Sprinkle with crumble topping and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes until set and golden brown. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice-cream. Crumble topping: Combine flour, sugar, coconut, lemon rind and cinnamon in a bowl; rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
