Instructions: Boil ribs in water until tender (1 to 2 hours). In a separate pot, bring all other ingredients to a boil and let cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let chill. Marinate the sauce on the ribs for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Barbecue or broil the ribs for 20 minutes and continue to glaze.
