1/2 cup maple syrup
2 x eggs
1/2 oz bran Buds -- crushed
8 oz sour cream
1 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Grease 12) 2 1/2 by 1 1/4 " muffin tins. In bowl, beat maple syrup and eggs until blended. Stir in crushed bran flakes, let stand 5 to 7 minutes. Beat in sour cream until well mixed.

With spoon stir in flour, walnuts, baking soda until just moistened.

Batter will be lumpy. Spoon batter into muffinpan cups. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove muffins from pan. Serve muffins hot or cold.

Cool on wire rack to serve later; reheat if desried.

Makes 1 dozen
muffins.
