Instructions: 1. Combine the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and maple syrup in a bowl.
2. Coat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the steak. Coat the top of the steak with half the sauce mixture and cook for 6 minutes. 3. Turn the steak and coat the top side with the remaining sauce. Cook another 6 minutes, or until the steak is nearly cooked to the desired degree of doneness. (It will cook a little more after it has been removed from the heat.) 4. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it sit 3 to 5 minutes before cutting it into thin strips on the diagonal. Makes 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
