1/4 cup	unsalted butter room temperature
2 tbl	maple syrup
2 tbl	powdered sugar
1 tbl	lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix the butter, syrup, sugar, lemon juice and zest in a mini-processor until smooth. This can be made a day ahead; refrigerate. Let soften slightly before serving.

This recipe yields 8 to 12 servings.
