Instructions: Combine in a large bowl confectioners sugar, marshmallow creme, maple flavoring and vanilla. Knead mixture on a flat surface until all the sugar is incorporated. Divide mixture into fourths and shape into a 5 inch log. Put them on a baking sheet and chill. In the meantime , unwrap the caramels and melt them
In a double boiler over simmering water, stir until smooth. Remove from heat and dip each log in caramel mixture, then roll in pecans. Chill for another hour or until firm. Wrap each log in plastic wrap. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Makes 4 pecan logs. Email this Recipe:
