Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 . For crust, mix flour, sugar and butter; press into an 11"x7" baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Increase oven heat to 450 F.
To make the topping, simmer sugar and syrup for 5 minutes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients; pour over base. Bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 F and bake for 20 minutes. Cut squares when cool. Store in airtight container. Makes approximately 2 dozen. Email this Recipe:
