1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup water
2 x egg yolks
2 tbl flour
1 tbl butter
1/2 cup walnut meats cut fine
cream flour and butter togeth
Instructions:
Instructions: Before adding maple syrup and water. Cook in double boiler until thick.

Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue or whipped cream.
