1/2 tsp	Active dry yeast
1/2 cup	Bread flour
1/4 cup	Whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Butter/margarine
1/2 tbl	100% pure maple syrup
1/4 cup	Buttermilk
1/2 cup	Plus 1T water

Instructions:

Instructions: Automatic Bread Program:
Press Select for Normal. Press START. When machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading, add 1/3 c chopped walnuts.

Bread will be ready in 3 hrs. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
