1/4 cup warm water 110 to 115 degrees
2 tbl maple syrup
1/4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat bread flour
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bread-machine yeast
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Measure all ingredients in order listed into mixing container of bread machine. If your machine requires that liquid ingredients be added last, simply reverse order. Program machine according to manufacturers directions for basic loaf of bread, medium darkness.

Makes 1 loaf, 1 1/2 pounds, 16 slices.
