Instructions: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well. Add eggs and egg yolks slowly, blending well.
Mix in cream. Remove 1 1/2 cups of the cheese mixture and stir into melted chocolate. Stir in milk. Pour half of remaining cheese mixture into a 9-inch spring form pan (or 9-inch round and 2 1/2-inch high cake pan) which has been lightly buttered or floured. Add half of chocolate mixture by spoonfuls and swirl with a spoon. Repeat with remaining cheese mixtures. Put pan of cheesecake in a pan of hot water and bake at 400F degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until set. Cool, then chill. Keep refrigerated. Email this Recipe:
