Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking pan with nonstick baking spray.
In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Spread half of the brownie batter in the baking pan. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the batter, then top with the remaining half of the brownie batter. With a table knife, swirl through batter to create a marbled effect. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut into bars and serve. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. This recipe yields 15 bars. Comments: These are a festive addition to any dessert table. Theyre sure to bring smiles . . . and shouts for more!
