For the cake ----------------
1 box spice cake mix (18.25 oz.)
1 cup ripe bananas chopped
1 pkt instant banana pudding (3-ounce)
6 oz sour cream
2 x eggs
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
----------------- For the filling/frosting ----------------
1 ct prepared whipped topping (12-ounce)
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 pkt instant (3.4-ounce)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all cake ingredients well. Bake in three greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes. Let cool. Mix filling/frosting ingredients well. Frost cake between layers and on top and sides. Store cake in refrigerator.
