1 lb	Hamburger, cooked, drained & chopped into small
1 lb	Linguica, sliced thin cooked, & drained
1 x	Onion chopped
1 x	Green pepper chopped
1 cup	Carrot, sliced not cooked

Instructions:

Instructions: 1 Can Dark kidney beans
16 ounces Tomato sauce

Add all ingredients to crock. Cover with sauce. Cook 3-5 hours on high or 5-7 hours on low.

In this recipe lingui#am a Portuguese sausage, is used. Its delicious in chili or on pizza.
