Instructions: To change the flavor a little, use brown sugar instead of white. Marinate meat for 24 to 48 hours in refrigerator. It is great for steaks, chops, roasts (London Broil) and chicken. The thicker the meat the longer it should marinade.
When you are ready to cook, retain the marinade and add a little corn starch. Heat in sauce pan to thicken. stir as you go. When done, use it to baste the meat as you cook or use it as a sauce when served. Here is a marinade for Teriyaki that I got in Hawaii. I dont like the bottled stuff. Email this Recipe:
