Cook spinach in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with pepper, tossing well. Spoon evenly onto two individual plates; set aside. Cook marinara sauce in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Spoon orzo onto spinach; top with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
