Instructions: Drain artichoke hearts. In a large bowl mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and dill weed. Add artichoke hearts and sliced onions: marinate overnight. Just before serving, add chopped pimento. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
