Instructions: Cook barley according to package directions; drain and rinse. In a large mixing bowl combine cooked barley, peas, turkey, sweet pepper, and onion.
For the dressing, in a screw-top jar combine oil, lime peel, lime juice, salt, poultry seasoning, and ground red pepper. Cover and shake to mix. Pour over barley mixture. Toss to coat.
