Instructions: Toss beans with green pepper, celery, onion and parsley. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over beans; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Add ham at serving time. Garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings, if desired.
