Instructions: Place cubed meat and prepared vegetables together in a shallow dish.
In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing and the wine; blend well. Pour the marinade over the meat and vegetables. Cover, refrigerate, and let marinate for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Alternate the meat and vegetables on 6 skewers. Grill kababs over medium heat, turning often, for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Arrange on a platter and serve.
