Instructions: Blanche the broccoli spears till tender but still firm; ie, they hold their shape.
drain & add minced garlic or garlic powder minced onion or onion powder salt & pepper to taste red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar-how much depends on how much broccoli you have-you want to add enough to make a nice tart taste to the veggie put in fridge to chill when ready to serve, taste & correct the seasoning (chilled food needs more seasoning) & drizzle on a little olive oil & I also do cauliflower or broccoflower like this-great summer veggie!
