5 cup carrots, sliced
1 med onion, chopped
1 sm bell pepper, chopped
10 oz cream of tomato soup
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook carrots, if fresh, until tender. Drain and cool. Put soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, and spices in blender. Blend well. Pour over carrots. Add onion and pepper. Will keep at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Serves 8 to 10
