Ingredients:

10 lb Chicken drumettes (little drumsticks from wings)
1/2 cup Soy sauce
3/4 cup Dry sherry
1/8 cup Hoysin Sauce
3/4 cup Plum jelly
18 x Green onions minced
6 x Garlic cloves
3/4 cup Cider vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken on greased cookie sheets and bake uncovered for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently. Switch pans while cooking so that they cook evenly.
