Ingredients:

3 lb Chuck Steak, 1 1/2" thick
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Red Wine
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 med Onion, chopped
1 cl Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 x Bay Leaf
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except steak in a blender, then pour over meat and refrigerate 2-6 hours. Grill over medium-hot fire about 6 inches from heat. Baste with marinade every 5 minutes. Cook a total of 30-35 minutes, or until done as desired, turning once. let rest 10 minutes. Slice across the grain to serve.
