1 x cucumber peeled, seeded & sliced paper thin
1 x zucchini sliced paper-thin
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 tbl chopped fresh dill
1 tbl aquavit or water
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the cucumber, zucchini and onion in a shallow bowl; set aside. Stir together the vinegar, dill, aquavit, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
