Instructions: Place the herbs in a shallow dish and lay the fish on top.
Mix together the oil lemon juice and garlic if using and pour over the fish. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours turning several times. Transfer the fish to the grill rack. Place about 10cm under a preheated moderate grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden. Serve immediately garnished with lemon wedges. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
