Instructions: Finely dice onions.
Cut the lamb into 2.5cm cubes and place in a bowl with all the marinade ingredients and mix well to coat. Leave to sit for at least 2 hours. Thread the meat onto wooden or steel skewers and cook in a hot pan or on the bbq for about 10 minutes (depending on how you like your meat cooked). Turn and baste the lamb with marinade as they cook.
