Instructions: Drain sardines and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Combine creams, vinegar, lemon juice, wine, garlic, horseradish, and salt. Separate onion slices into rings. Add onion and cucumber. Mix well and spread over sardines. Chill overnight.
