Instructions: In large shallow dish, place steak. Pour red wine over steak.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Turn meat occasionally. About 40 minutes before serving, preheat broiler. With tongs, place steak on greased rack in broiler pan; reserve marinade. Sprinkle steak with seasoned salt and pepper. Broil steak 30 minutes for rare or until desired doneness, basting occasionally with marinade and turning once. Email this Recipe:
