Instructions: Combine all ingredients, except roast; mix well. Place roast in a shallow dish; pour marinade over roast. Cover; marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning roast once. Bake roast in marinade at 350 degrees F. for 2 hours. Remove roast to serving platter; serve with pan drippings.
