2 kg rock sugar
100 gm sar keong
50 gm tong kwai
100 gm san cha (sliced)
100 gm cho kor
100 gm dried sar keong
100 gm lo hon ko
700 gm salt
100 gm chicken bouillon (chicken essence)
100 ml mei kwai lo wine
50 gm bay leaf (heong yip)
250 gm duck meat
40 gm garlic
20 gm vinegar

Instructions: Method
BOIL all the spices together for 30 minutes. Put the duck meat into the mixture and let boil for another 30 minutes.

Remove duck. Let cool, slice and serve.
